If you add a smoke detector to your system it should be placed in the highest point of your home as possible, as smoke will rise no matter where it originates. Some homeowners elect to place one in the basement and top floor, and some want one added to every floor.

The technology that makes most of these devices work is “photoelectric technology.” This means that the detector basically takes a snapshot of the density of smoke that enters its chamber, and wants to see a density increase as it samples every few milliseconds. This technology makes the detector much more discriminating then its inexpensive counterparts.

Many of these devices also detect temperature change with their built in heat detectors. This means that the device will go into an alarm condition, if the temperature in its area of coverage is rising rapidly, even if there is no smoke yet. Independent heat detectors are also available, if you would like an added degree of protection in areas such as kitchens, furnace rooms, attics and fireplaces. There are many advantages to adding fire devices to your security system. Some of them are:

* Your detector is on all the time, even if your alarm is disarmed.

* The devices work off the power from your alarm system and use its backup power supplies should power fail.

* The siren will emit a tone that is audibly different then a burglary siren, so that you can differentiate.

* Your dispatch is being made without you having to call for help yourself. This gives you more time to gather your loved ones and pets for immediate exit.

* A dispatch will take place even if you are not home. Typically flames will be coming through your roof, by the time your neighbors see them, and call for help. This early response may save your pets and a good portion of your home.

* Insurance companies often give an additional discount, off your homeowners insurance, for having a fire system. These devices could effectively pay for themselves, after a few years.

Some municipalities will not dispatch their limited resources to an automatic fire alarm, unless it is designed completely to local code. This is a very expensive endeavor that, many homeowners in those areas can’t justify. Businesses will have to do this, in order to get an occupancy permit. Over the years B&D have managed to work out their own formula for success and have taken some criticism for it, but not from this reviewer. I’m from the school that says if you find something that works stay with it, unchanged, until it doesn’t work anymore.

Overall Hillbilly Deluxe is very good listening and is certainly a CD that country music fans, and fans of Brooks & Dunn in particular, will definitely want to add to their collection of country CDs.

‘Mount Zion’ is the place that God has ordained deliverance for His covenant people. Deliverance is the divine process of enforcing the victory of Christ on the cross (Col.2:15) so as to take away the captivity of God’s people. This process could appear to be sudden or gradual and it could seem silent or dramatic. The divine agency of deliverance is the anointing that breaks the yoke of the oppressor (Isa. 10:27). The anointing flows in the light of the truth that sets us free (John 8:32).

Deliverance of God’s people leads to restoration of:-

* Who they are in Christ- ‘…and there shall be holiness…’ (1 Peter 1:15-16;2:9)-a holy nation unto the Lord.

* What they have in Christ-’… and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions…’ (1 John 4:4,5:4-5)-all things that describe victory.

To experience deliverance, one may have to repent from some specific sin. Where one is not yet a real Christian, one should repent of all one’s sins and humbly receive Jesus Christ as one’s personal Lord and Saviour.
In some other cases, one may need spiritual counseling from a mature Christian.
There are instances in which one has to renounce any involvement with the realm of the occult as well as any lie of the devil that one might have embraced. This demonic lie could be ‘another gospel’ (Gal. 1:6,
2 Cor.11:4) or some ungodly and unscriptural human tradition, religion, or philosophy (Col. 2: 8, 18).
However bad or long the captivity has been the Lord is more than able to deliver because He is the God of all flesh and nothing is too hard for Him!

Tossing accusations at your spouse will only place a wedge in your relationship. Understand that feelings of guilt, anger, and confusion are normal during this time.

8. Love each other.
Be sure to offer the hugs, cuddling, and love that each partner needs to feel secure and supported. Be sure to resume your physical relationship as soon as possible.

9. Seek information and support.
Educate yourselves on grief and try to understand one another. If you are having difficulties resolving your grief as a couple and you feel your marriage is in trouble, get help immediately! Do not wait until it is too late to seek help.

There are no easy answers for couples dealing with pregnancy loss. It is crucial that you make the decision to put your marriage first and then do it!
