‘Mount Zion’ is the place that God has ordained deliverance for His covenant people. Deliverance is the divine process of enforcing the victory of Christ on the cross (Col.2:15) so as to take away the captivity of God’s people. This process could appear to be sudden or gradual and it could seem silent or dramatic. The divine agency of deliverance is the anointing that breaks the yoke of the oppressor (Isa. 10:27). The anointing flows in the light of the truth that sets us free (John 8:32).
Deliverance of God’s people leads to restoration of:-
* Who they are in Christ- ‘…and there shall be holiness…’ (1 Peter 1:15-16;2:9)-a holy nation unto the Lord.
* What they have in Christ-’… and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions…’ (1 John 4:4,5:4-5)-all things that describe victory.
To experience deliverance, one may have to repent from some specific sin. Where one is not yet a real Christian, one should repent of all one’s sins and humbly receive Jesus Christ as one’s personal Lord and Saviour.
In some other cases, one may need spiritual counseling from a mature Christian.
There are instances in which one has to renounce any involvement with the realm of the occult as well as any lie of the devil that one might have embraced. This demonic lie could be ‘another gospel’ (Gal. 1:6,
2 Cor.11:4) or some ungodly and unscriptural human tradition, religion, or philosophy (Col. 2: 8, 18).
However bad or long the captivity has been the Lord is more than able to deliver because He is the God of all flesh and nothing is too hard for Him!

You will often hear that grief and loss bring couples together, but it can actually do just the opposite. It is possible to emerge on the other side of grief with a closer marriage, but it does take work.
Here are some tips adapted from the book “Hope is Like the Sun: Finding Hope and Healing After Miscarriage, Stillbirth or Infant Death” that can help your marriage survive the stress of loss:
1. Give each other the freedom to grieve in an individual way.
Resist the temptation to feel that your way is the only way to handle loss. Do not be fooled if it seems that your spouse has not been affected by the loss.
2. Remember the good times.
Think about activities you enjoy as a couple and make time to do them- even if you do not feel up to it yet.
3. Expect tough times.
Be tolerant with your mate and understand that you are both going to fail each other during this turbulent time.
4. Do not lash out at one another.
In a weakened state of grief, this will only push you apart. Find constructive ways to release the stress and anger of grief.
5. Prepare for change.
Loss and grief change people and it will change the face of your marriage. Decide together that this trial will bring you closer and commit to your relationship.
6. Reach out.
Resist the urge to spend time away from your mate or reach out to others who better understand your grief.
7. Avoid placing blame.
Tossing accusations at your spouse will only place a wedge in your relationship. Understand that feelings of guilt, anger, and confusion are normal during this time.
8. Love each other.
Be sure to offer the hugs, cuddling, and love that each partner needs to feel secure and supported. Be sure to resume your physical relationship as soon as possible.
9. Seek information and support.
Educate yourselves on grief and try to understand one another. If you are having difficulties resolving your grief as a couple and you feel your marriage is in trouble, get help immediately! Do not wait until it is too late to seek help.
There are no easy answers for couples dealing with pregnancy loss. It is crucial that you make the decision to put your marriage first and then do it!

Exercise Equals Fun!
Getting America’s children to exercise has never been more difficult as the new boob-tube generation slouches in front of TVs, or sits for hours, mesmerized behind shoot-out video and computer games.
However, it is possible to foster a regular exercise pattern for children from an early age, with simple activities that are more “fun” than “exercise.”
America’s Pastimes
Back in the day, kids played hopscotch and tag and didn’t know that it qualified as exercise! Reviving America’s pastimes could be an easy way to promote physical fitness. Hopscotch improves balance and coordination, while the constant stop-go running in a healthy game of tag elevates the heart rate to more efficiently burn calories. Jumping rope is another American favorite that has fallen by the wayside. The regular interval in jumping rope pumps the heart steadily, and is an efficient form of aerobic exercise.
Biking
Biking is another excellent way to get a child to exercise. From first learning on a tricycle to the celebrated arrival of the two-wheeler, biking is something that can be viewed as an achievement, as well as an easy way to increase a child’s physical activity. So without someone to guide and train you scientifically, you will not lose much body and visceral fat, so you will still have that high blood pressure, that potential stroke and heart attack, so that you will eventually land in a government subsidized hospital and so that some of the taxes which you have paid will be utilized by yourself. That is great clever thinking eh? You are glad that even without a PHD in business studies, you can figure out how to get a wonderful return of investments from your taxes paid
• You don’t need a fitness personal trainer because you believe in conforming to the society. After all, most people in your country are overweight and not exactly glowing with good health, then why should you be otherwise? You are delighted to be like most people, obese and unhealthy. Hey, you are a good citizen aren’t you?
• You don’t need a fitness personal trainer because you can spy on people who hired personal trainers in your gym. You eavesdrop on their trainers giving instructions and then you secretly work out according to what you have overheard not realizing that each and everyone is different and workout plans are to be tailored to each individual condition factoring in other issues like lifestyle, dietary habits and even the choice of exercises. You prefer to “monkey see, monkey do” and eventually falling painfully off the tree. Or should I say falling off the Empire State Building where the mighty King Kong fell?

Intensify Your Workout, Without Becoming Attila the Hun!
In all my years in and out of gyms and fitness centers, there is ONE THING, THE ONE THING that will skyrocket the results from your workouts.
And guess what, this one thing will actually get you out of the gym almost as fast as you got in. Now unless you don’t have a real life (or you are a personal trainer) your idea of fun isn’t hanging out in a gym all day. So getting out of the gym fast is very valuable.
The ‘one thing’ is summed up in one word. . .intensity. That’s it! Now you may be asking, ‘that’s it?’ Yep, that’s it. Intensity is the key to getting more from your workout than anything else.
But you know what; sometimes it is the toughest thing to build into your workouts. You start your workout, and its going really well. Then your friend, Susan, from Sunday school comes in, sees you and then 20 minutes later you two have planned the menu for next Sunday’s church potluck (as if potlucks need menu planning). And your workout is toast.
So how do you ‘intensify’ your workout without becoming Attila the Hun? Easy, read on. . .
1) Set a time limit. When I work with my personal clients their workout time limit is 30 minutes. Yep, 30 minutes. . .that’s it. While in and of itself the 30 minute time limit does nothing, combined with the proper workout it is incredible. By creating a deadline, even artificially, the sense of urgency is increased.
2) Focus on why you’re there, not on whom else is there. Yes, your fitness center is a social environment. Yes, many of your friends are there at the same time as you. In fact, you will make new friends just because of people you meet at your fitness center. But don’t make socializing your focus. And most people don’t realize its happening. Visit with your friends before or after your workout. If someone comes to visit while you are in your routine, DO NOT STOP. Keep working out while they talk. No, it’s not rude, it’s practical. If your conversation requires some serious interaction on your part, simply ask your friend if you can call them at another time. Usually she will say yes.
3) Turn your cell phone off. Just like the movies, cell phones and workouts do not go together. If you know there is a call coming you must take during your workout, postpone your workout. Its good gym etiquette and your workout won’t be short circuited.
4) Combine exercises with complimentary ones using what is called a ’super set’. Basically, it is working one body part for one set and then another body part immediately (no rest) after the first. For example, combine one set of dumbbell chest flyes with close grip pulldowns. In the first you work your chest, then next your work your back. By doing this you work a complimentary body part while resting the other. Result - intensity UP - workout GOOD!
5) Combine resistance exercises with aerobic activities. This is similar to number 4 above. For example, sometimes I have my clients do a shoulder exercise then in between sets go and do 20 calf raises. Another variation (I got this idea from the owner of my ‘home gym’, Chris Kinzler. He says he got it from his ‘noggin’. hmmm.) is to do ’step ups’ between resistance exercises. The ’step up’ is just that. Take a step up box and set it close to your exercise equipment. Then do alternating step ups for 30 - 60 seconds then go back to your primary exercise. Result - intensity UP - workout GOOD!
As a result of increasing intensity, you get, and keep, your heart rate up. You finish your workout in a very reasonable time. You get on with your life. But more importantly you get the results your want.

Chapter I. Evolution of lifeless matter
We more likely fortunately than unfortunately are in the world where there is a time-space and a matter where a duality, variety and constant changes exist. But how to manage to describe World or its any phenomenon if you being in it?
The most interesting phenomenon known to a science is the Great explosion, a birth of the universe which was about 15-20 billion years ago. What had become the reason of it? The condition of the universe before the birth cannot be transferred by words means. It is follows of the known ancient texts concerning creation and essence of our world (the Bible, Vedic and Dao). This condition is described as containing All and Nothing simultaneously. Ancient texts force us to disconnect thinking logic and to trust in supersensual perception. But a problem, we have no supersensual perception. So we shall try to create model of development of a matter with the help of the empirical data, existing theories and logic, but we shall take position of ancient doctrines as the entry condition: “All in Nothing, Nothing in All”. Is lawful to conclude on it basis that the explosion reason was occurrence of the Unity (point). Occurrence of the Unity created the occurrence of the Variety potential (infinity). Unity and Variety as the total difference has made explosion. The aspiration from Unity to Variety has automatically given birth to opposite aspiration from Variety to Unity. These two aspirations have created a matter, space-time, all processes and the phenomena around of us and inside us. Difference of Unity and Variety, a point and infinity has given birth to space-time. Internal aspiration of superelementary particles to Unity and an external pulse to Variety have forced its to space overcoming and to participating in irreversible processes of uniting and disconnecting , that has given birth to time-line (an one-orientation from the past to the future) and a matter. After the era of Great explosion which last very short time interval was finished an era of Great association was begun with duration no more than t=10 in degree -35s. During this period there was a first phase transition of a matter (phase transition is a change of a condition of a matter, for example, transformation of water into steam). Superelementary particles and superelementary antiparticles have appeared in this era. Here there was a global copying of Unity and Variety on internal elements of system as difference between of superelementary particles and superelementary antiparticles and occurrence of gravitation. There were first interactions and first particles focused on interactions (gluons). The following period is marked by the next phase transition of matter. It is the period of androns formation (protons, neutrons, electrons, etc.). Nuclear forces are the basic interaction at this stage which were allocated from gravitation and have found a duality, ability to draw or push away. There were first microsystems where interactions between a few quarks form large variety of elementary particles. It is a first level of complexity known to a science. The aspiration to association at the bottom level is appeared in variety at the top level. All evolution of a matter proceeded by this principle.
Chapter II. Evolution of alive matter
The following significant period of evolution (about 3-4 billion years ago) was occurrence of alive matter which incorporates variety of a lifeless matter. At the first sight, an organism and mentality of animals continued to evolve by means of lifeless matter principles from simple to complex with inherent in all alive aspiration to reproduction and self-preservation. Taxis (knacks of spatial orientation aside favorable or from adverse conditions of environment, for example, turn of plants according to daily movement of the sun or change of elementary organisms movement depending on a chemical compound of environment) of monocelled developed in conditional and unconditioned reflexes (response of an organism to irritation) of multicellular, reflexes of the elementary were transformed to complex instincts (the genetic incorporated programme of actions is started at concrete external conditions) of insects. We can mark from it that all animals and all flora is perfect essences and evolution completeness organisms. We can observe completeness in monocelled colonies, in behaviour of plenty bees or supreme animals. The biosphere of our planet during evolution has gotten a homeostasis (the medical term designating balanced harmony of an organism). We shall designate two principles of biosphere homeostasis. The first principle is a principle of “narrow specialisation”. Almost all kinds of an animal and flora specialise on rather narrow segment of food or inhabitancy, for example, being divided on herbivores and carnivorous. With the help of it steadily-renewable ecological circuits are built. The second principle is “return proportionality between adaptability and ability to breeding”. This principle does not allow to breed, for example, to large predators and to destroy all of herbivores. There is one more principle - “the god does not give horns for the butting cow”. The nature does not give superadvantage in bodies (powerful canines, claws or horns) and abilities (speed of movement, etc.). That can break a homeostasis (this principle can be related to the first because additional abilities expand “specialisation”). The evolution shaped these principles during billions years. So biosphere as against a lifeless matter includes the variety and forms unity through a homeostasis. The alive matter shows integrity at the top level uniting variety of the bottom level of system. Or otherwise the aspiration to variety at the bottom level is appeared in unity at the top level.
